Founded in 2024 by Rachion McElroy and Anthony Collins, Haloguard Property & Concierge Services was established with a simple vision: to provide exceptional concierge, tenant relations, and building support services that enhance the experience of everyone who enters a property.

Drawing on more than a decade of combined experience in security operations, customer service, access management, and commercial property support, Rachion and Anthony recognized a growing need for service professionals who could do more than simply occupy a post. They envisioned a company that would combine the attentiveness of hospitality with the accountability, professionalism, and operational discipline developed through years of experience in security and facility environments.

Their backgrounds include supporting healthcare facilities, commercial office buildings, corporate campuses, and special events, where they developed expertise in visitor management, tenant relations, access administration, parking operations, incident response, and client service. Through these experiences, they gained a firsthand understanding of the importance of creating safe, welcoming, and efficiently managed environments for tenants, visitors, vendors, and property stakeholders.

As hands-on leaders, Rachion and Anthony remain actively involved in daily operations, staff development, and client relations. Their leadership ensures that every client receives responsive service, clear communication, and personalized support tailored to the unique needs of their property.
